The Stage 1 release will see the delivery of 21-lots with lot sizes from 2,450m², catering to a wide range of industrial owner/occupiers & investors.

Delivery of Stage 1 is due late 2026.

Stage 1 will be serviced with;

• Fibre optic internet

• 200KVA/Ha 3 Phase power

• Water

• Sewer is provided by Aerobic Transfer Units (ATU)

• Formalised intersection upgrade within Perimeter Road – Including lighting and signage
