Welcome to Perimeter Industrial Estate

The South West region is growing, as are its industrial needs. Perimeter Industrial Estate is the first significant industrial land release in Margaret River for 30+ years and seeks to deliver highly sought-after industrial land in the heart of the Margaret River region.

This land release provides a much needed opportunity for both business and investment growth to accommodate demand in the region.

Under current approvals, the estate will feature 71 lots over three stages, with lot sizes starting at 2,450m², while offering flexibility for buyers to customise lot sizes to meet their specific requirements.
